東分署の検食

秩父消防東分署で夕食の検食に、横瀬町消防団長と秩父市副市長とで伺いました。自分達で打ったうどん、炒めご飯とサラダでした。大変美味しかったです。

今晩の検食中は、出動がない事が幸いでした。消防職員は泊まりで住民のためにご苦労して頂いております。

このような自分たちで作った食事を通してお互いの絆を深めあって、住民の安心のため日々頑張っております！

The dinner inspected meal was held at the Chichibu Firemen station, East branch, with eating several dishes that were made by themselves. Tonight menu was bit salty Udon saying Japanese noodle that had been kneaded dough toughly by themselves, stir fried rice and salad bowl with homemade Tempura. I guess it seems this homemade dinner brought them significant time as a firefighter to make their bondages for helping each other even if they would be exposed some dangers about life crisis. I was so happy there were nothing to call for services. So I was enjoying dinner with their heartwarming hospitality.
