地方に医者が少なくなる理由

全国市長会主催の地域医療確保対策会議に座長として、出席してきました。医科大学を６年かけて卒業して、５年も初期研修と後期研修をして、よいよ一人前の医師になれるのだから、医者が足らなくなるのは当たり前で、地方では余計に深刻だと改めて感じました。専門医制度を優先する国の考えはどうも地域医療の崩壊になるのではと危惧されます。

The acquirement of medical doctors in rural districts has been more difficult than the urban. The reason why doctors is tendency to gather concentrated area of population for their skill up. AS it turned out,I’m afraid the numbers of M.D. in the provincial area have been tumbling recently.
